Products & pricing

We make every effort to display products, specifications, fitment, and pricing accurately. Errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product information at any time without notice. Part numbers and fitment are provided as a guide — it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the correct part for their vehicle before ordering.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment received.

Core deposits

Certain products include a refundable core deposit charged at checkout, refunded upon return of the old core in accordance with our Core Return Policy.

Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Product defects are covered by the applicable manufacturer (Mopar) warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Parts Department is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of products purchased from us. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which That Parts Department operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
