Returns & Refunds
This policy covers returns of the engine, transmission, or other parts you purchase. Your refundable core deposit is handled separately under our Core Return Policy.
Uninstalled units
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the unit is uninstalled, unused, and in original condition, with all seals intact and in its original packaging / on its original skid. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Installed units
Once a unit has been installed, or its seals have been broken, it cannot be returned. Issues with installed units are handled through warranty (see below).
Warranty
Our engines and transmissions carry the applicable Mopar / manufacturer warranty. If you believe your unit is defective, contact us and we'll help you file a warranty claim. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer.
How to start a return
Email thatpartsdepartment@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship anything back before receiving return authorization from us. Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund (purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
Not eligible for return
Installed units, units with broken seals, and special-order items are not eligible for return. Core deposits are refunded separately per our Core Return Policy.
