Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you're in Hawaii or Puerto Rico, email thatpartsdepartment@outlook.com for a shipping and core-return quote before ordering.

Freight charges

• Engines & transmissions that carry a core ship by freight carrier at $300 per unit. This charge includes core pickup — there is no additional charge to return your old core.
• Crate engines ship free.
• Other items ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Freight delivery

Heavy units are delivered on a skid by freight carrier. Please provide an address a freight truck can reach, and inspect your shipment on delivery — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Keep the skid; you'll need it to return your core.

Processing & tracking

We process orders as quickly as possible and schedule freight pickup with the carrier. You'll receive tracking information once your unit ships.

Cores

Most engines and transmissions carry a refundable core deposit. See our Core Return Policy for full details.
